Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Open TT, the table tennis community platform. By registering or using the service you fully accept these terms.
Purpose and acceptance
Open TT is a free service for the table tennis community that lets you manage your player profile, browse rankings and access platform content. Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms; if you do not agree with them, you must not use it.
Free service
Access to Open TT is free and, as of today, there are no paid plans. Should paid features be introduced in the future, they would be announced in advance, and the free features you already use would not be affected without prior notice.
User account
To use authenticated features you must create an account providing accurate data and keeping it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out from your account.
You must be at least 14 years old to register. If you are younger, you need the consent of your parents or legal guardians.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Open TT in good faith and in accordance with the law. In particular, you must not manipulate rankings or results, impersonate other users, carry out mass data extraction (scraping), introduce unlawful or offensive content, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Intellectual property
The Open TT brand, the software and the platform’s editorial content belong to the owner or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
The data you provide remains yours. By publishing it on the platform you grant us a limited licence to process and display it within the service (for example, in community rankings).
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service and its features, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination and changes to the terms
You may stop using the service and request the deletion of your account at any time. We may update these terms; where changes are material, we will notify you by reasonable means.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant regulations.
